Grilled Portobello
: A tomato focaccia roll holds

grilled Portobello, lettuce, red onion, tomato and

melted provolone.  Topped with roasted red pepper

aioli and drizzled with fresh ranch dressing $8.99

Roast beef: Thinly sliced roast beef, onions, and sun dried tomatoes, drizzled with our roasted red pepper aioli, then smothered with melted cheese. Yeah baby! $8.99

Chicken Bruschetta: Grilled chicken breast topped with fresh bruschetta and melted mozzarella on a ciabatta roll with creamy pesto mayo $8.99

Caprese: the perfect trio of fresh basil, tomatoes, and mozzarella drizzled with some olive oil. Simple and perfect. $7.99

Rueben: The granddaddy of all! Thinly sliced corn beef piled high, sauerkraut, Russian dressing, and Swiss cheese on marbled rye bread.  $8.99

This is not your typical ground beef burger, this is a STEAK burger!  Served on a classix bun with lettuce, tomato and onion.  Add cheese for a buck extra $8.99

Take our steak patty, top it with grilled onions and lay a couple of pieces of slab bacon and creamy melted bleu cheese $10.99

Named after a north Italian community, this rib dish is prepared the same way as our appetizer, only much bigger. These succulent ribs are complimented with chef choice sides

Valentine coffee-inspired rub adds some serious flavor to this cowboy combo of steak and coffee. Chef choice sides accompany three medallions to complete the dish
